Link Aggregation Posts and New 'Links' Category
Expand To Vote
So I've been kicking around this idea for a little while and I think it could be really beneficial to have. I would like to see a few posts dedicated to hosting links to external articles, blog posts, reports, etc. We could have a 'Links' category with a series of wiki posts categorized in a way we decide. Essentially we're taking the idea of The Great Big Malware Analysis Resource Topic, giving these types of posts their own category and expanding the topic types covered.
I know I have a ton on browser bookmarks on various topics that are interesting and I presume I'm not the only one with such a stash. I think having such a resource can be useful for people looking to read up on a certain topic or for somebody who's bored and just poking around. New links can be added by people as we go and hopefully we can cultivate a decent amount of links to resources and help direct people interested in topics we have not so far discussed.
This topic will be automatically closed one week after creation. All voting will be stopped and a member of staff will tag this topic as either "Proposed", or "Rejected". If tagged as "Proposed" this suggestion has been considered into the suggestion pipeline and a "Status Tracker" thread will be created once this suggestion has switched to "In Progress" by the staff.
